Overview
This machine produces predefined shape of coil spring with high efficiency by NC control for moving or fluctuating action of forming pin in accordance with inputted forming data. Materials are fed from Reel Stand automatically, and it's carried out from Coiling to Cutting continuously.

Overview
This equipment forms heated bar to coil spring with controlling guide roller and mandrel according to forming data.
The rotation od the mandrel and the amount of moving distance of the guide roller is NC controlled.Production data can be saved in the computer, and it can be called and used.
